Privacy Policy

This policy, effective October 26, 2018, covers user privacy, system security, and information collection practices for Enveritas, Inc.’s websites.

Site Management Data

For each website request received, we collect and store the following information:

  • the date and time
  • the originating IP address
  • the type of browser and operating system used (if provided by the browser)
  • the URL of the referring page (if provided by the browser)
  • the URL requested
  • completion status of the request

We use the information that we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different areas of our sites, and to help us make our sites more useful to visitors. This includes analyzing these logs periodically to determine the traffic through our servers, the number of pages served, and the level of demand for pages and topics of interest. We do not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, e-mail address) unless you provide it. In all cases, the information collected is used to respond to user inquiries or to provide services requested by our users.

How information is used

The information Enveritas collects is used for a variety of purposes (e.g., E-spotter forms, product user survey forms). Enveritas does not maintain and retrieve information submitted to it based upon personal identifiers (name, email addresses, etc.). We destroy the information we collect when the purpose for which it was provided has been fulfilled unless we are required to keep it longer by statute or policy.

Interaction with Children

Enveritas offers content accessible to children under 13. No personally identifiable information is collected from these visitors unless voluntarily submitted as a request for information or services.

Information Protection

For site security purposes, Enveritas employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage to the information on our websites. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited.
